What does target word count of PDF files mean?
The target word count is the amount of words that are created during translation. You will get your translated PDF file back as a Word file and the word count contained in this Word file is the so called target word count. Since the target word count cannot be estimated 100 % correctly, we provide you with a price range.
In which case does the express surcharge apply?
An express surcharge of 40 % applies if
- the document has more than 2500 words per day
- your document will be translated over the week-end from Friday to Monday
- you wish an overnight translation
How much is the minimum charge?
Since every order, independent of its size, requires organizational effort, the minimum charge is CAD$ 150.
What are the payment terms at Alpha Translations Canada Inc.?
Invoices are payable on receipt, without deduction and through transfer to our account. Please see your invoice for detailed information.
