Project Managers

Project Managers consult with each client to determine the scope of the project and prepare customized, detailed quotations as well as valuable insight into the translation process.

 

The Projects Team is committed to development and progress. Each member keeps abreast of industry developments and trends, and strives to improve their knowledge and skills through conferences, classes, workshops and training in order to offer you consistently cutting-edge service.

 

Cornelia Kelinske

Project Manager  

In our headquarters in Canada our Project Manager Cornelia Kelinske is available from 08:00 am to 4:30 pm MST.

Cornelia studied at the University of Mainz and has an M.A. in Conference interpreting for German, English and French. She used to be one of our translators and has joined the Alpha Team as a Project Manager in June 2011. We are so happy to have her in our team!

Karina Nestler

Customer Service Representative

Karina has a Bachelor of Arts in "International Communication and Translation" and a Master's degree in "Translatology" and European Masters in "Specialised Translation". As a native German she is also fluent in English and French and has basic knowledge of Spanish, Arabic and Chinese. Karina joined the Alpha team in 2011 and we are happy to have her on board!

Alessandra Hecken

Administrative Assistant/Vendor Manager

Alessandra has been with Alpha since the beginning, being that she is Michèle Hecken's daughter. Although a little young at the time, Alessa is currently helping us with our Vendor Management and assisting our Project Managers with all they need.

Alessa is also studying Fashion Merchandizing at the Edmonton University.
